Grief is both a universal and incredibly personal journey. When we lose someone we love sometimes we struggle to manage the flood of emotions including guilt, shame, anger, sadness and despair.
Throughout history we have learned to find relief from these wounds and integrate losses by tapping into our internal healing power and the support of mindful guides.

Healing from the loss of a loved one can feel overwhelming at times. It can be difficult to find the support we need and perhaps we are not even sure what that is.
Mindful Grief Care Support Groups help us to connect with others experiencing loss and to learn from and support one another as we grieve and grow.
Sessions will focus on developing an awareness of how we are holding our grief in our mind, body and heart and how to use our natural ability to heal and support us as we integrate our loss and renew our lives.

What is mindful
grief care?
At Mindful Grief Care we believe that we all hold losses in our physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies. Because of this, we approach loss and grief by engaging in practices that reconnect us with each of these parts of ourselves to activate our natural healing abilities and develop self-compassion.
Mindful Grief Care looks different for each person based on their needs. We will engage with breathwork, guided mediation and grounding practices, deep listening, self-compassion and sound to encourage release and restoration.
These practices will support you now and in the future when you experience pain, struggle, difficult emotions and in restoring your life and finding your future after loss.
