What is Mindful Grief Care?

At Mindful Grief Care we believe that we all hold losses in our physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies.  Because of this, we approach loss and grief by engaging in practices that reconnect us with each of these parts of ourselves to activate our natural healing abilities and develop self-compassion.

Mindful Grief Care looks different for each person based on their needs.  We will engage with breathwork, guided mediation and grounding practices, deep listening, self-compassion and sound to encourage release and restoration. 

These practices will support you now and in the future when you experience pain, struggle, difficult emotions and in restoring your life and finding your future after loss.
